In the fall of 2008, Giant Campus began its fourth contract year at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, and Nellis Air Force Base near Las Vegas, Nevada. Serving active-duty Soldiers, Reservists and DoD civilians, our programs continue to gain momentum.

With locations throughout each base, including MacDill’s Family Resource Center, the Base Library, the Youth Center and FAMCAMP, more than 10,000 active and retired service members from the MacDill and Nellis communities have enjoyed our programs. From courses that support the First Term Airman Center to our popular recreational robot wars and game tournaments, the Giant Campus programs at MacDill and Nellis have become an integral part of each community’s services and resources.
