Successful graduates of our Leader in Training program are eligible to apply for the Instructor Intern program. After completing the three-week intern training program, Instructor Interns are then eligible to apply for paid staff positions. During the Instructor Intern program, interns are given expanded responsibility as they continue to work closely with the program director and develop their leadership skills. Some activities interns may participate in include leading discussions, helping campers solve problems, encouraging campers with positive feedback, leading ice-breaker games and assisting with YouChoose.team courses.
