Our teaching staff consists of educators and technology experts – adults who provide a safe and nurturing environment that will help your child have a rewarding learning experience.

Participants in our Tech, Digital Media and Gaming Camps spend approximately half the day working on their own personal projects. Each day also includes structured collaborative activities where teens have the opportunity to share their strengths and learn from their peers. In addition, there is time each day for outdoor recreation and having fun with new friends. Participants in our Virtual Camps have daily live sessions with demonstrations and receive one-on-one help from an online instructor. Camps are highly interactive with fun daily projects.

Personalized Teaching
In most public school classrooms, one teacher works 30 kids or more. At Giant Campus, we believe that a higher level of personal interaction with our staff, along with the rigor of our project-based curriculum, creates an environment that is responsive to individual needs and supportive of breakthroughs in learning. Whether a camper is new to a subject or an experienced software user, our teaching staff present a challenging environment where learners expand their skills and create projects that they’re excited to share with friends and family when camp is over.

Project-Based Learning
Only Giant Campus Camps offer project-based learning through a combination of online course materials and personalized live instruction – all designed to provide a quality learning experience that fosters higher-order thinking skills. Our staff is trained to facilitate individual learning in a dynamic, self-paced setting.

Our online curriculum has the extended benefit of being available to students after camp is over. All participants in Giant Campus Virtual Camps and Tech, Digital Media and Gaming Camps receive access to our curriculum and online file storage space for an entire year after camp.

Week-Long Courses – Multi-Week Tracks
At Giant Campus, we understand that kids are inspired by challenging projects that allow for the maximum in self-expression. That's why we offer courses that feature a wide range of imaginative projects – each with a different degree of difficulty and time needed to complete. While many students take more than one course with us each summer, others take multiple weeks of the same course, especially if they are working on a larger individual project. Our curriculum model was designed to meet the individual needs of our learners, so it’s easy to find a course or track that works well for each individual.
